Dengue drive at Sourav's residence

Kolkata: The Kolkata Municipal Corporation Health department on Thursday conducted a drive at Sourav Ganguly's Behala residence where his elder brother, Snehasish Ganguly, was reportedly affected by dengue fever.
"There was no problem with the accessible areas but in a few areas that are non-accessible, we found some breeding spots. A drain was clogged with paper plates, bottles, etc," a KMC health official said. The officials were informed that Ganguly's elder brother Snehasish lives at an apartment in Ekbalpore area and not in Behala.
Ganguly, who was not inside the house at the time, has warned his caretakers to maintain hygiene and sanitation. The KMC will serve a notice stating the areas in and around the premises of his residence, where a drive to destroy mosquito larvae is necessary.
