City, S Bengal districts to receive more rain

Kolkata: Moderate to heavy rainfall is expected in all the South Bengal districts in the next 24 hours, predicted the Regional Meteorological Centre in Alipore.

According to the weather office, a fresh low pressure trough has formed over North-West Bay of Bengal, which might contribute to a strong depression in the region. The coastal districts will receive the maximum amount of rainfall.
