Boy, girl commit suicide by jumping in front of train

Howrah: A boy and girl allegedly committed suicide by jumping in front of a goods train near Deulti station in Howrah district on Friday,
police said.
The boy and the girl were run over and killed by the goods train near Deulti station, the police said.
Both the boy and the girl were student of class 11, the police said adding they are investigating the matter.
In July, mystery shrouded the death of a school teacher whose body was found from the railway track near Katwa station in East Burdwan.
Local residents, however, told the police that they saw the victim committing suicide by throwing herself in front of running train.
The incident triggered tension in the area. The victim, Bina Das Mondal was teacher of a primary school. Police recovered the body of the woman and sent it for the post-mortem examination.
