Bengali rendition of book on INA released in Kolkata Book Fair

Kolkata: Major General M Z Kiani, who was the Chief of Army Staff of INA, wrote a book named India's Freedom Struggle and the Great INA which was published after his death through the efforts of Netaji Research Bureau in 1994.
The same book has now been translated in Bengali by Prabir Mukhopadhyay and the paperback edition was released on Monday at the International Kolkata Book Fair by Prof Krishna Bose, Chairperson, Netaji Research Bureau in presence of Prof Sugata Bose. The Reliance Publishing House, New Delhi is the publisher of the book. The preface of the original edition was written by Dr Sisir Kumar Bose. Prof Sugata Bose has written the preface of the Bengali edition. Prabir Mukhopadhyay, who has translated the book, is a poet and lyricist. Prof Krishna Bose and Prof Sugoto Bose lauded the author for his sterling efforts and hoped the book would make an impression on Bengali readers.
