Abhishek urges youth to work harder for 'Didi ke Bolo'

Kolkata: Trinamool Youth Congress president Abhishek Banerjee urged young party workers to build intense contact with people and actively take part in the Didi ke Bolo initiative undertaken by Trinamool Congress.

He was addressing a gathering of students and young party workers at the Khudiram Anushilan Kendra on Tuesday afternoon. He said the youths are keeping faith in the schemes like Yubashree, Shikshashree, Sabuj Sathi and Swastha Sathi, which have helped people enormously and helped Bengal to move forward.

He said the youths should work

hard to ensure that more and more people get involved in the Didi ke Bolo initiative and added that within a month, 10 lakh people have approached Mamata Banerjee with the help of the initiative.

"From the administrators to common people, everyone has kept their faith in Mamata Banerjee. Hundreds of people have been benefited by the initiative," the Trinamool Youth Congress president said.

He said Mamata Banerjee has worked for the welfare of people throughout her life. "Trinamool Congress has tried to ensure that even the marginalised people get the benefits of the schemes. Mamata Banerjee has always worked to help the youths move forward. The youths should remember this and work hard to fulfill her dreams," he added.
