Abhishek cautions against anti-party activities

Kolkata: Abhishek Banerjee, national president of All India Trinamool Youth Congress has cautioned party workers against anti-party activities and said they will be thrown out within 24 hours if charges are proved against them.
He was addressing party workers and leaders at Purulia on Friday. Banerjee urged party workers to give up infighting and work together in the forthcoming Panchayat election. Banerjee will visit the districts to take a stock of the situation. He said in some blocks in Purulia infighting has been reported against some leaders. "The party will not tolerate any indiscipline. If charges are proved, those flouting party norms will be thrown out within 24 hours. It may be mentioned that in the core committee meeting held in October, Trinamool Congress chief Mamata Banerjee had urged party workers to give up infighting.
He said the party should get Bagmundi gram panchayat as Balarampur is already under Trinamool's control. He said reports of infighting from Bagmundi have been reported and said no one involved in infighting will be spared. Sushanta mahato, local youth Trinamool president and Shantiram Mahato, state minister for Paschimanchal Unnayan Affairs department have been asked to oversee party leaders in Bagmundi.
He warned leaders from Raghunathpur also and told them to work together. Banerjee will visit all the districts and will talk to the leaders. He asked the leaders to pull up their socks and work together in the ensuing Panchayat election.
