2 OPD ticket vending machines installed

Kolkata: In a unique move, the Calcutta Medical College and Hospital (CMCH) installed two OPD ticket vending machines to ease the queues which are often found at the OPDs.

Prof (Dr.) Partha Mukherjee, HOD, Department of Obstetrics and Gynaecology, inaugurated a ticket vending machine at the new COPD complex of the super-specialty block in presence of the hospital Superintendent Prof. (Dr.) Indranil Biswas and other officials.

Another OPD ticket vending machine has been installed at new OPD Complex near Gate No. 3 of the hospital.

A press statement issued by the CMCH authorities on Saturday said both the machines are functioning properly.
