KJo clarifies why Akshay Kumar’s Brothers got preponed

‘The energy of the shoot has been incredible, so we have actually decided to prepone our release to July 31,’ Karan said in a statement.
Brothers directed by Karan Malhotra, also features Sidharth Malhotra, Jacqueline Fernandez and Jackie Shroff.
The film is likely to be completed way before the originally scheduled release date. He realised that Akshay had already decided to release his home production that is said to be Singh Is Bling on that day.
Karan then had a word with Akshay and Ashvini Yardi of Grazing Goat Pictures, a production house co-founded with the actor and Twinkle Khanna, and they offered their July date to Filmmaker.
‘Akshay and Ashvini have graciously given us that date and we have given them our previous date,’ added Karan. Yardi revealed on Twitter.
