Khadi Bhawans and Bhandars have now become “KHADI INDIA”

In order to give uniform and attractive look to all Khadi sales outlets, Khadi & Village Industries Commission (KVIC) has decided to replace the names of Khadi Bhawans and Bhandars to “KHADI INDIA”.
This change has been directed by VK Saxena, Chairman, KVIC and it is to be implemented to all 7050 sales outlets located across the country, with effect from January 1, 2016. Chairman, KVIC observed that due to different signage displayed by the sales outlets, Khadi customers were unable to identify the right sales outlets and were facing difficulty in purchasing Khadi and other items.
This change will give an empathetic image in the minds of customers who visit KVIC regularly.
