Khadi and Village Industries Commission goes cashless

Khadi and Village Industries Commission coming under the ministry of Micro, Small & Medium 

Enterprises (MSME) on Thursday announced to go cashless. 

The Commisson President Vinay Kumar Saxena, while inaugurating the facility, said that from now onwards, sale of items in Khadi lounge will be made through Paytm. 

The president claimed that the move to go digital will not only facilitate the consumers but will increase the sale of Khadi items. “As per the plan, Paytm will provide free services for the first three months which will attract people towards the lounge,” said Saxena.
