Rapper Kendrick Lamar inadvertently kicked the co-founder of Maryland’s Sweetlife Festival off the stage after he failed to rap along to the track.
The 27-year-old rapper headlined the two-day event and during his set, he plucked out a male fan from the crowd to join him onstage, reported Ace Showbiz.
The audience member turned out to be the Sweetgreen CEO Jonathan Neman, who was challenged to recite his M <g data-gr-id="16"><g data-gr-id="15">a </g></g><g data-gr-id="18"><g data-gr-id="16"><g data-gr-id="15">a</g></g> d</g> <g data-gr-id="17">Citytrack</g>.
Neman attempted the feat but flubbed the lyrics early on, and the rapper had him escorted from the stage by security as he selected another fan for the segment.
“For some reason, every time I bring up a young lady up here, they always outdo the men who come up here,” he said.
