JPC: BJP will move breach of privilege motion

The BJP on Monday gave notice for moving a breach of privilege motion in both Houses against the JPC Chairperson PC Chacko for leakage of the panel’s report to the media on the 2G spectrum allocation issue. BJP sources also claimed that report has been unilaterally prepared by Chacko and others without consulting the BJP members. The principal opposition party has made it clear that it will oppose the adoption of the JPC report, which is scheduled to take place on 25 April.
