Jitendra Singh launches dynamic NCC website

Minister of state for defence Jitendra Singh launched the National Cadet Corps (NCC) website on Monday in New Delhi. 

The dynamic website provides an insight into the NCC activities, information to motivate students to join NCC as also an online enrolment facility. The website would also facilitate maintenance of detailed data bank of 15 lakh cadets, management of logistics, monitoring of training activities and budget.

Earlier, Lt Gen PS Bhalla, PVSM, AVSM, the DG NCC said the website would enable automation within NCC wherein the performance dossier of all cadets would be maintained. All functions of NCC including logistics, training, budget and finance would be undertaken online from now.
