James, Ramos out for long haul

Real Madrid will be without the services of midfielder James Rodriguez for around two months, while Sergio Ramos’ left hamstring injury will keep him out for around three weeks. James was forced to leave the field after just 10 minutes of his side’s 2-1 win at home to Sevilla. He scored his side’s opening goal but then received a blow on his right foot. X-rays showed he has broken his fifth metatarsal bone, an injury which requires an operation. Ramos also injured his left hamstring, days ahead of Saturday’s Madrid derby away to Atletico.
