According to the chargesheet, a few of the accused were from Pakistan and one of them, who had opened gunfire on a tourist bus in Delhi, was especially trained in Pakistan by Indian Mujahideen (IM).

The chargesheet also revealed that fake currencies were brought into India to weaken the economy. The fake currencies were allegedly being produced in Pakistan. The chargesheet also claimed that an unidentified agency of Pakistan was planning to create havoc in India by recruiting Indians.

In November 2011, six suspected terrorists, Mohammad Azmal, Gayur Ahmad Jamali, Qateel Siddiqui, Abdul Rehman, Mohammad Irshad Khan and Farooq, were arrested by Delhi police. With the arrests, Delhi police had solved three major terrorist attacks that was occurred in 2010 – Jama Masjid firing on 19 September, German Bakery Blast on 13 Feburary and Chinna Swami Stadium blast on 17 April.

Before Commonwealth Games 2010, there was an attack on a tourist bus outside New Delhi's Jama Masjid. Two bikers open fired, injuring two tourists.

Just before his arrest on 21 November 2011, he made a call to his wife from a local PCO in Anand Vihar area. Police said he was in regular touch with his wife.

The chargesheet mentions that after the Batla encounter, the kingpin of Indian Mujahideen, Yasin Bhatkal, in order to revamp the module, had rented a room near Batla House. 'We even recovered explosives, watch, five detonators and a laptop from the Shaheen Bagh residence near Batla encounter,' the cops said.

Also, from a factory in Meer Vihar, police had recovered fire cracker rolls, a country made pistol, parts of a rocket launcher, 90 pieces of cartridges, pipes, iron nails, an aluminium cooker with a lid (similar to the one found inside an abandoned car outside Jama Masjid ).

'Explosive materials' recovered from the factory and Bhatkal's house in Shaheen Bagh were found to be Sodium chloride, Ammoinium nitrate, RDX, potassium nitrate, ferric chloride, aluminium powder, and components of IED. The recovered electric detonators were found to be live.
