Jaitley case: Chargesheet may be filed today

Delhi police special cell is likely to file the Chargesheet regarding BJP leader Arun Jaitely’s Call Detail Record (CDR) case on Tuesday. A highly-placed source in the cell revealed that a total of 52 CDRs were taken out by the four arrested persons that includes well-known politicians and senior journalists.  Sanjeev Kumar Yadav, DCP (Special cell), said, ‘On Tuesday, the Chargesheet will be filed before the court in a sealed envelope. The Chargesheet runs into 50 pages.’ A source said, ‘Along with Jaitley’s CDR, there were many other politicians whose CDR were taken out. Not only were politicians targeted, CDR of four senior journalists were taken out.’ The arrested are Arvind Dabas (constable), Neeraj Kumar (detective), Anurag Singh (detective), and Nitish (detective).
