Jackman to present Broadway To Oz

Hugh Jackman is working on a new stage show that will tour his <g data-gr-id="27">home land</g> Australia later this year.

Titled the Broadway To Oz, the concert show will play in major arena’s of five cities and is created as a personal journey through Jackman’s life, from early days in Australia through successes in musical theatre and Hollywood stardom, reported Variety.

The show will present a medley of work by 46-year-old Real Steel actor, as well as tributes to classic musicals.He will be supported by a company of 150 musicians and dancers. “Broadway to Oz is a dream come true. This is the show I’ve always wanted to bring home,” Jackman said in a statement. Produced by Robert Fox for The Dainty Group the show is scheduled to start in Melbourne on November 24, touring through Sydney, Brisbane and Adelaide, before closing in Perth on December 15.
