Ireda hands over Govt Rs 150 crore interim dividend for 2015-16

Indian Renewable Energy Development Agency Limited (Ireda), a Government of India Enterprise under Ministry of New and Renewable Energy (MNRE), presented a cheque to the Government for Rs.150 crore towards Interim dividend for FY 2015-16.  

The dividend cheque was presented by K S Popli, CMD, Ireda to Piyush Goyal, Minister of State with Independent Charge for Power, Coal and New & Renewable Energy in  the  presence  of  Upendra Tripathy, Secretary,  MNRE    and  other  senior  officials  on 30 March 2016 at Shram Shakti Bhawan, New Delhi.  In 2015-16 (up to 30th March 2016), IREDA achieved highest Loan sanctions and disbursement ever during any financial year.
