Indian jewellery brand opens largest single store in Dubai

 A leading Indian jewellery brand has opened Dubai’s largest single level jewellery store here to cater to the growing demand for gold and diamond jewellery in the Gulf emirate. Spread across 6500 sq ft, the new outlet is also the popular brand’s first international showroom, according to a company statement.

According to the company the new GRT outlet is Dubai’s largest single level jewellery store and is stocked with the widest selection of carefully chosen exquisite jewellery collections, gemstones and fine diamond pieces. The Chennai-based brand opened the intricately designed showroom to mark its 50th anniversary and now boasts 31 retail stores across the Asian market.

“This is a major milestone for the brand and with the increasing demand for gold and diamond jewellery in the city, we hope to receive a good response from residents and tourists,” said G R Anand Ananthapadmanabhan, MD of the company. GRT has its own manufacturing unit in India and has an active presence in the e-commerce platform.
