In-laws kill housewife in S 24-Parganas

Local people on Friday caught her father-in-law Buren Mistry and mother-in-law Birla Mistry and beat them up. 

Investigation revealed that the in-laws tied the victim with pieces of clthes and beat her up. Then they had forced her to eat food spiked with poison. She fell unconscious soon after having the food. She cried for help and asked water. But the accused let her die. 

They took her to a local hospital after they were sure that she had died. They told doctors in hospital that she had consumed poison after a minor problem with her husband. 

They also tried to give money to the police to settle the matter. But the policemen clearly mentioned that they will take legal steps if they find any foul play.
