IGNOU extends last date for collecting forms

The last date for collecting admission forms in the Indira Gandhi National Open University for all the academic programmes, except the certificate programmes, in the Common Prospectus has been extended from August 17 to August 31, 2015, will a late fee of Rs 300. The varsity is offering admissions for its July 2015 session in MA (Philosophy); MA (Gandhi & Peace Studies); MA (Extension & Development Studies); MA (Education); MA (Anthropology); MA (Gender & Development Studies); Master of Social Work (MSW); Master of Social Work(Counseling); MA (Distance Education); MA (Economics); MA (English);MA (Hindi); MA (History); MA (Political Science); MA (Psychology); MA (Public Administration); MA (Rural Development); MA (Sociology); MA (Tourism Management); MA (Adult Education); MA (Women’s & Gender Studies); Master of Commerce (M Com); Master of Computer Applications (MCA); Master of Library and Information Science (MLIS); M Sc (Dietetics and Food Services Management); M Sc (Counseling and Family Therapy); MA (Translation Studies). The university is also inviting applications for various other Bachelor degree programmes. Student handbook and prospectus is available in all the Regional Centers/ Study Centers of the university which can be obtained in person on payment of Rs 200 and for further details one may visit www.ignou.ac.in.
