ICAI’s Common Proficiency Test results declared

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has announced the results of the Common Proficiency Test (Paper Pencil Mode) held on June 22, 2014.’ India is a happening economy and we find that chartered accountants are in great demand not only in traditional sectors like banking, financial services or manufacturing but even in new-generation sectors like IT, ITS, telecom, infrastructure and retail. There is a huge demand for chartered accountants ,’ said ICAI President K Raghu. ‘Globalisation has unfolded new vistas of opportunities for CAs,’ added Raghu.
