ICAI playing a huge role in World Accountant Congress

The country's apex body of chartered accountants, ICAI, is participating in the World Congress of Accountants being organised in Italy from 10 to 13 November.
Around 4,000 professionals from more than 100 countries, including India, are now taking part in the event. It is being held under the auspices of the International Federation of Accountants (IFAC).
Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) President K Raghu said in a statement that the Congress has provided an extraordinary opportunity to exchange ideas with colleagues from all across the world on crucial issues affecting the chartered accountant profession.
ICAI is one of the world's largest accounting bodies. Raghu is giving an address on Facilitating Credit in the SME Marketplace in the Indian perspective.
