I trust Salman blindly: Jacqueline

Actor Jacqueline Fernandez says she trust Salman Khan blindly as the superstar has helped boost her career. “Salman will always be that special person in my life because he was able to change my career. I will never ever forget what he has done for me. On the personal front too, he has advised me as a friend and family, something I couldn’t have even asked for,” Jacqueline told a <g data-gr-id="52">media</g> person.

The actor, who played Salman’s leading lady in 2014 superhit Kick, said the film took her career to a new height.

“Salman is genuinely a nice man who helps people. He is someone who I trust blindly. I think he has been an important person in my life,” she said, adding that she even seeks <g data-gr-id="48">advise</g> from the Dabangg star regarding her films.

“I do take his <g data-gr-id="44">advise</g> as he knows the best. He knows what works, he understands the audience well. He also told me that whosoever’s advice I take, <g data-gr-id="50">ultimately</g> final decision has to be mine,” Jacqueline said.

The Roy star said after Kick she signed three films this year and is looking forward to <g data-gr-id="55">shoot</g> five movies next year.

“After Kick, this year I did three films. Next year I will be hopefully shooting five films. Kick has taken me where I had wished to be.. It is because Kick happened, I got the opportunity to work every day,” she said.

Kick producer Sajid Nadiadwala and Salman would be teaming up again for the sequel Kick 2 but without Jacqueline.

“I would miss being part of Kick 2. But the great part is I was part of the first project and no one can take that away from me,” the 29-year-old actor said.

Rumour mills were abuzz about the growing friendship between Jacqueline and Arjun during IIFA awards. Rubbishing the <g data-gr-id="47">rumours</g> she said that she is single and it is absurd to link her with actor Arjun Kapoor.

“Why everyone is asking me. Why <g data-gr-id="61">you all don’t</g> ask Arjun about this? We were there at the IIFA awards. We stood together for a press conference and everyone started linking us,” Jacqueline told  in an interview here. “Arjun finds these link up stories hilarious. I also think it is quite funny. We are focused on our careers right now. We are just great friends and that’s it. So, it is absurd to link us together. I am single,” she said. On <g data-gr-id="60">work</g> front, Jacqueline, 29, will be seen in <g data-gr-id="49">Bangistan</g>, Brothers, Dishoom, House full 3, The Flying Jat.
