Hrithik congratulates Akshay for Rustom trailor

Despite the clash between Mohenjo Daro and Rustom at the box office, actor Hrithik Roshan has congratulated Akshay Kumar for the trailer of his film.

Mohenjo Daro, which reunites Hrithik with his Jodhaa Akbar director Ashutosh Gowariker, will hit the screens on August 12 alongside Rustom, which has been directed by Tinu Suresh Desai.  Despite the clash, Hrithik took to Twitter on Thursday to appreciate the Rustom trailer.

“Congrats Akshay Kumar. Loved the Rustom trailer. Good choices maketh the man. I’m sure you agree Twinkle Khanna. God bless,” Hrithik tweeted. Packed with a mystery element, the trailer of Rustom showcases Akshay as a naval officer. 

The over three minute-long trailer shows Akshay clad in a crisp white uniform, sporting a moustache, while actor Ileana D’Cruz, as Akshay’s love interest shines in the movie in bold coloured lipsticks and a vintage look.
