He is back and how

It’s old news now that Bhupendra Chaubey is now back with Network 18. His heroic coverage of Bihar polls has put him in top billing in the county. He has always been counted as amongst the best in an otherwise fast deteriorating medium. 

But it’s his future plans which are making Bhupendra Chaubey as one of the most promising prospects in Indian journalism in the forthcoming Year In the last 12 months, Bhupendra built a solid reputation for himself in the digital sphere. Word goes that he was about to sign up for a very big digital news venture with Sree Adhikari brothers which had potential of altering the news environment. 

Till network 18 pulled a coup and got another big name to lead its entire news universe. Rahul Joshi, formerly the editor of Economic times, now the group editor for network18. 

One of the first decisions Rahul took was to bring back Bhupendra to full time responsibilities in Network18. Since then, Bhupendra hasn’t looked back. His program “The Hot Seat” has been amongst the most watched news shows around. His coverage of Bihar polls drew huge applause from likes of Ram Guha and Mukul Kesavan. 

But what Bhupendra is really focussing on now is the digital world. His periscope news broadcast on Mobile devices have given him a huge following. 

A conversation he did recently with justice Katju and Islamic scholar Tarekh Fateh was amongst the top trends on social media.
