Haryana govt to provide job to younger brother of martyr

In an exceptional gesture, Haryana Cabinet on Saturday decided to give a government job to the younger brother of martyr late Lt Satbir Singh who was killed in a terrorist attack in Manipur. Lt Satbir Singh, son of Man Singh of village Thua, tehsil Alewa in district Jind in Haryana, was killed in a terrorist attack in Manipur on March 18, 2009. As Satbir was unmarried, his father had requested that his younger son should be given a job on compassionate grounds.
