A sneak peak into arrested hacker Amit Vikram Tiwari’s computer has given CBI a glimpse into his global customer base, prompting the agency to prepare a judicial request which is to be sent to the US. ‘We were startled to find his widespread clientele which is located in a number of countries. We cannot yet reveal the identities (of the clients) as it would hamper the probe, but certainly, we will be sending Letters Rogatory (LR) to the US,’ a senior CBI officer said. Sources said that CBI has completed the questioning of Tiwari following which it has come to light that he was negotiating with a number of influential personalities who wanted to enlist his services for cracking open the email accounts of their rivals, wives, girlfriends, among others.
