Gwen records music video live during Grammys

Singer Gwen Stefani made history by recording her music video for a new song Make me like you during a Grammys commercial break. The No Doubt frontwoman teamed up with Target for it. 

In the Sophie Muller-directed live video, Stefani struts her stuff in a salon, rides on a scooter and rollerblades with friends, reports usmagazine.com.

The new single was released on February 12, and the lyrics are pretty seem to be about her boyfriend Blake Shelton. 

The song, penned by the 46-year-old herself, includes the lines, “I was fine before I met you/ I was broken but fine/ I was lost and uncertain/ But my heart was still mine … Now you’re all I see”.

In the video, Shelton also gets a discreet shoutout. During one scene, the bar appears to be named “Blake’s” after the country crooner.
