Gujaratis embrace technology amid notes ban

Gujarat CM Vijay Rupani had called an emergency meeting of the senior officials from the banking sector and made a joint decision with the banks to start a campaign for S.M.S payment services. He requested them to collectively help Gujarat in realising Narendra Modi’s vision of digital banking and cashless transaction under the Digital India Mission.
