Govinda has spoilt my dad, says Varun Dhawan

Varun Dhawan, who recently visited the sets of Dance India Dance Super Moms along with co-star Shraddha Kapoor to promote their upcoming film ABCD 2, says Govinda has ‘spoilt’ David Dhawan.

Varun and Shraddha met Govinda on the sets of the show and amazed the guests with their impeccable dance moves. On the show, Varun shared an incident of the time when David was directing him in Main Tera Hero. After working with Govinda, his father would just not be satisfied with whatever he would deliver in the course of his shot and most of the times, he would end up saying, ‘That’s not how Govinda would have done it’, read a statement.

“Govinda sir has spoilt my dad. As an actor, he has set such high standards that it is extremely difficult to reach up to that level. After having worked with him in numerous blockbusters, my dad kept expecting the same perfection and madness that Govinda ji used to bring to his performances and dance moves. He is a living legend of our industry and nobody can be like him,” Varun said.
