Ramesh, a member of the GoM, and Reddy, who is from Andhra Pradesh, are believed to have discussed issues related to creation of Telangana. The ministerial panel will meet on Wednesday, possibly for the last time. Dismissing the suggestion that there was delay in preparing the report of the GoM, Shinde said the report would be submitted to the Union Cabinet as early as possible. ‘There is no delay. We will submit the report to the Cabinet soon,’ he said.
