Girl stabbed by former lover

A girl in her early twenties was stabbed to death by her ex-boyfriend, who is absconding, on Monday. The incident took place at 5 pm in Dallupura area of east Delhi.
The girl was identified as Neha, of east Delhi. She was travelling in an Alto car along with her friend when two persons, who are yet to be identified, overtook their car. When Neha came out of the car, she was stabbed by one of them. The duo then managed to escape. The friend who was accompanying her took her to the nearby Lal Bahadur hospital where doctors pronounced her dead on arrival. The hospital staff informed the police officials, who later registered a case of murder against two unidentified persons.Statement of eyewitnesses have been recorded.
