Genelia gears up for comeback

Actor Genelia Deshmukh has begun shooting for her upcoming project, which will mark her return to acting after a gap of three years.

The 28-year-old actor was last seen in the lead role in 2012 film Tere Naal Love Ho Gaya opposite husband Riteish Deshmukh.

Genelia, <g data-gr-id="25">mother</g> of one, took to Twitter to share her excitement about the first day of her shoot.

“On my way to shoot... Excited as hell... Been 3 years since I last shot but I have a feeling it’s going to be a <g data-gr-id="28">Good Good</g> Day...,” she tweeted.

Riteish wished her luck for her new venture. “It’s going to be a <g data-gr-id="22">Greattttt</g> <g data-gr-id="23">Dayyy</g> —you were born for this,” the actor tweeted to her.

Genelia was seen making guest appearances in superstar Salman Khan’s 2014 film Jai Ho and her Marathi production Lai <g data-gr-id="21">Bhaari</g>, which released last year.

Ritesh, on the other <g data-gr-id="24">hand</g> is very excited for Genelia’s comeback.

Recently he was seen in the movie <g data-gr-id="20">Bangistan</g> with Pulkit Samrat.
