Former india goalie meneze joins aiff

Former India goalie Henry Menezes was on Friday appointed member of AIFF technical committee. He has been appointed on the apex football body's technical, coaching and development committee. ‘Yes, I have accepted the appointment. It is not only prestigious but a very responsible position to be in,’ a media release quoted him saying. Menezes, currently CEO of Maharashtra's state football body WIFA, is a former general manager of the defunct club Mahindra United and also Mumbai FC. As WIFA CEO, Menezes is in the forefront of development of football and other initiatives associated with the game.
