Flying Jatt petrified of his mother: Tiger Shroff

The much awaited Tiger Shroff and Jacqueline Fernandez starrer, A Flying Jatt is all set to enthrall audiences as the movie hits the theatres on  August 25. Directed and choreographed by Remo D’souza, the film portrays Tiger as an unconventional, ill-prepared, klutzy superhero who must learn to control his powers by trial and error.

Jacqueline Fernandez plays his love interest in the movie, while the Australian wrestler, Nathan Jones plays the antagonist. When asked what separated his character in A Flying Jatt from the pre-existing legion of superheroes like Krrish, Tiger said, “The Flying Jatt is a cowardly superhero who is really scared of heights, so he can’t fly high. My character is atypical as a superhero.” The Flying Jatt’s costume, which has generated much speculation, has drawn inspiration from Nihang warriors of Punjab and the Shaolin monks, Tiger informed us.  Amrita Singh, who plays Tiger’s mother in the movie, regularly bullies the superhero into doing household chores. “I play an obedient son who is petrified of his mother, like everybody”, said Tiger.

Cheering in excitement for the movie, Team Core - a recently launched state of the art fitness club and the star cast of A Flying Jatt announced a Meet & Greet at the gym for the members and fans at the fitness club. Tiger Shroff who earlier gave a mantra to Team Core – ‘Be Fit! Be Strong! Be A superhero with Team Core and A Flying Jatt!’, was present at the gym with co-stars Jacqueline and Nathan who also spoke about the film and shared anecdotes and fun stories from the set. The stars along with Nathan Jones danced on ‘Beat pe Bootwy’ the chart-buster from their upcoming film. About his own fitness mantra, Tiger said, “My secret is eating healthy. I feel that a proper diet is indispensable and more important than just working out.
