The freshly picked summer fruit finds delectable space in raw and ripe variants in Chef  Veena’s famous Summer Collection menu The Spice Route give patrons a chance to look forward to the swelter season. The menu features Amba Paripoo Curry, Irachi Manghai Curry, Maambalam, and Ga Xao Hot Dieu amongst other delectable offerings are put together to whet the appetite of mango lovers at The Spice Route.

The Imperial welcomes the onset of the king of fruits with the season’s special menu at La Baguette. Experience and enjoy a complete range of mango delicacies like Mango cold cheese cake, Fresh Mango cake, White chocolate mango pastry and Mango tart and indulge in the intense flavor of this delicious and succulent fruit all through May and June, featuring some of the most delicious varieties of mangoes.

You can also choose from a stupendous list of blends made with watermelon, musk melon, coconut, orange, mango and many more refreshing coolers to re-energize your senses and escape the sultry heat of May and June at Patiala Beg. Infused with the goodness of fresh fruits and juices, these summer coolers like Coconut cooler, Strawberry cooler and Watermelon cooler are an instant ‘pick-me-up’ on a blazing hot day.
