Turning back the pages

India International Centre's upcoming exhibition presents Poland's experiences during the Second World War, highlighting the tragedy of war and the efforts of the Polish military to regains the country's independence. Presented by the Museum of the Second World War, Poland and the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the art show will be inaugurated on October 22, 2019 at 6:00 pm. This would be followed by a lecture at 6:30 in the Lecture Room II on the topic 'Bitter taste of victory: The fate of Poland and Polish-Indian Relations during World War II'. Leading speaker at the event is Lukasz Zalesinki, leading journalist and an expert on Polish history and military issues
