THE MINISTRY OF UTMOST HAPPINESS

Day One of Penguin Fever started at a high with Arundhati Roy speaking to a packed house about 'The Ministry of Utmost Happiness', in conversation with Shohini Ghosh at the India Habitat Centre.

This session was a part of Penguin Fever, a one-of-a-kind celebration of books, reading, music, and much more, which presents a great opportunity for Delhi's young audience to interact with their favourite authors. It is the first festival of its kind organized by an Indian publisher. With 'The Ministry of Utmost Happiness', Roy has marked her return to the world of literary fiction this year, after a gap of two decades.
