Prayer meet for Nandini

Kolkata: Nandini Guha, former Features correspondent, Millennium Post, passed away on October 28, 2019, after a massive cardiac arrest. She was in her early 50s and is survived by her husband, Kaushik.

A prayer meet was arranged by the family at Sri Chaitanya Research Centre, Kolkata, on November 7, in memory of the former journalist.

Nandini had worked for several reputed English national dailies like Millennium Post, The Asian Age, The Telegraph, Hindustan Times and The Indian Express.

The Kolkata Press Club also issued a statement previously condoling her death.

"Nandini will always be remembered as a very charming, honest and vivacious person. As a journalist, she was brilliant in her work and was much loved and respected," said her husband, Kaushik.

"We are deeply grieved to have lost an eminent member of the Indian Press fraternity. She was associated with us for a long time and Millennium Post team will surely miss her," said Durbar Ganguly, CEO and MD,
