In honour of all the Mom moments

In appreciation and honour of all mothers, Fabelle Chocolates at Select City Walk will be celebrating Mother's day, i.e., May 13, with a good old pink cream cake and other small little delicacies. The curator behind the entremets, Pastry Chef, Neha Malhotra, says that the concept – titled MOM Moments – behind the pink cream cake is to invoke a sense of familiarity and re-live the growing up years for everyone.
MOM Moments is the perfect combination of quality day-to-day basic items such as mango, passion fruit, dark and milk chocolate mousse shaped to form a unique representative of the down-to-earth mother.
The exterior shape of the cake tells a story of a mother's love – built with a shell of timeless moments. However, the complementing and intricate flavours and textures inside reveal the deep and beautiful love a mother has for her child since the moment of conception.
The entremets is specially created for all mothers, including mothers-to-be as well as mothers who had left us. This is a cake to thank all the mothers who give her quality time by always tidying up over the family, calling the kids to check how they are doing, cooking meals for the family, worrying about the well-being of everyone, and always loving. She is the first chef, first playmate, first love and many first things.
