Apart from this, neem oil and sandalwood can also be a good substitute as they protect the skin from blemishes and eczema.

Face mask: Oatmeal is indeed one of the healthiest dishes to eat but a fact which is lesser known is that it can be used as a face mask. It is very helpful in ayurvedic beauty treatment as it makes the skin look hydrated and refreshed.

Oiling: Oils such as bhringraj, olive oil and castor oil reduces the hair loss, repairs damaged hair and split ends. Olive oil hair mask particularly helps in making the hair voluminous. Proper oil massage opens up the scalp pores and let the oil works its magic.
