Exhibition to showcase the heritage of Indian states

It's an opportunity for the art lovers to witness and enjoy a painting exhibition dedicated to the heritage of Rajasthan and Old Delhi. Titled 'Legends Wrapped in Colour', the exhibition will showcase art work by renowned painter Saranjeet Singh from May 15 – 17, at India Habitat Centre.
A unique collection of 40-45 paintings, made around the theme of heritage and old traditions, shows the exotic beauty of rolling hills, lakes, palaces, deserts, multihued rocks, costumes and customs steeped and encircled as a motif within glorious past of Indian states.
The exhibition is an attempt to bring the magnificence of Rajasthan to the forefront. The effort has been undertaken primarily to show the painter Saranjeet Singh's enthusiasm and passion for the boundless imagery.
Through this exhibition, the artist wants to give out the message of preserving the heritage and old traditions of our country. Hence, it is actually his zeal and commitment to constantly record and print this piece of history before its oblivion.
Saranjeet Singh (SARNA) has been a renowned name in the field. Previously, he has done 27 solo shows in New Delhi. Madras, Calcutta and Bombay. He has also participated in National Art Exhibition, Sahitya Kala Parishad Delhi, A.I.F.A.C.S, Jahangir Art Gallery and many more.
The artwork is on display from 10 am – 8 pm.
