Beyond Colours: A confluence of art

The five-days long group art exhibition 'Beyond Colors 3', which is going on at Palm court Art Gallery, India Habitat Center, New Delhi, will be open for public view until July 16.

The exhibition was inaugurated by the interior designer Lipika Sood, AAFT President Sanddep Marwah, and veteran artist Jiten Hazarika.

Amrita Prakash, famous artist and curator of this art exhibition, said that the exhibition has brought artists from different places to a single platform. All the talented artists have filled canvas with the colours that demonstrate their strengths, definition of art, and interest.

"Beyond colours means what is exactly behind the chosen colour, why the artist chose the particular colour, what they were thinking while making their art piece and more," added Amrita.

In this exhibition, every artist has brought his or her perceptions on the canvas. The variety of pictures displayed in this exhibition has been kept in a different category. Different art form like folk art, modern art, realistic patching, and other forms of paintings have been given place in the art show.

Artists, who are participating in the exhibition, come from different places across India including Delhi, Kolkata, Raipur, Jodhpur, Bangalore.

The participants including Rashmi Pradhan, Shilpi Singh Patel, Nikita Mishra, Pramila Giria, Gurmit, Prateek Rai, Lemington Ashish David, Sneha Aggarwal, Adep Dattatray Kisanrao, Soumick Nag, Mukund Ketkar, Rohini, Dr Ritu Johri, Anand S, Dr Simple Mohanty Pani, Shweta Garg, Saurabh Kumar, Simran Berry, Kavita Rajput, Ipseeta Deka, Vidha Misra, Mena Goel, Rakesh Dogra, and Swati Sahu, who will be showcasing their own definitions of arts under one roof.
