Feast @The Lalit’s new Pizza truck
Eating habit has evolved over the years and people look for exquisite dishes which are easy on the pocket and are delicious to relish. People are now expecting lip smacking pizzas from Italy in their own comfort zone and hence they look for interesting outlets to gorge on their favourite food.

And now that unique themed food trucks are becoming popular, it is time that one has access to a gourmet meal in the national Capital like the other cities of the world.

The Lalit Food Truck Company has launched the first ever Pizza Truck in the country, serving a crispy, cheesy nine inches slice that is bound to tingle your senses. Pizzas, being the most popular fast food of the country,  will be served to the pizza lovers in the national Capital. The Lalit Food Truck Company is the brainchild of Executive Director Keshav Suri, who wanted The Lalit’s Food Truck to be very unique, hence they launched the first-of-its kind Mexican Food Truck in India, which also acts as a mobile hoarding for The Lalit’s outdoor catering vertical – The Lalit Food Truck Company. After receiving an overwhelming response they launched food trucks in Mumbai, Bangalore and have now launched the fourth pizza truck. Amongst all the five-star chains, they aim to become the pioneers in food truck business in the country. Pizza truck menu offers two non vegetarian options - Pepperoni and Chicken and two vegetarian options – Margarita and The Lalit Signature Pizza. As they understand the importance of every olive or pepperoni on the slice, therefore, their wonderful nine inches slice enables you to pick any of your favourite toppings from onion, capsicum, mushroom, olive, jalapeno, corn, paprika, sundried tomato, chicken tikka, pepperoni, chicken sausage, chicken bbq and smoked chicken to create a wholesome meal.

Green initiatives have been an integral part of brand The Lalit and they have been incorporated in the pizza truck also. Opting for all eco friendly technologies, we have installed solar panels for energy consumption and an organic waste convertor to dispose off the waste, making it a litter free truck. There are battery invertors for back up. Therefore, pizza truck will only serve tasty pizzas and no pollution.
