Espionage case: Two jawans, 2 civilians likely to be arrested

In a major breakthrough in the espionage racket supported by the ISI, Delhi Police Crime Branch along with Jammu & Kashmir Police have identified four more ISI agents including two in the Indian Army and two civilians.

They are likely to be arrested soon, a highly placed source in the Delhi Police said.

During the raids in various districts in Jammu, the team of Delhi Police have identified four more ISI agents who are a part of the same module and were ‘cultivated’ by Kafaitullah Khan and Abdul Rasheed in the recent past.

According to sources, the two Indian Army men who are suspected ISI agents have been posted in Rajouri and Darjeeling.

To arrest the Army jawan posted in Darjeeling a separate team has been formed which is conducting raids at his whereabouts.

The source, however, refused to disclose the identities of the four suspects. The other two suspects are the civilians of Jammu whose relatives live in Pakistan and were known to Khan and were frequently visiting Kolkata to meet the ISI handlers.

The two suspected Army jawans, a source claimed, have leaked the photographs of the restricted areas, army manuals and a handmade sketch of military installations.

Also, the information about the Army vehicles along with their formation plans during war exercise has been leaked.

All the Army exercises and training details have also been leaked.
