Phantom films to launch Bhagyashree's son

Phantom Films is set to launch actress Bhagyashree's son, Abhimanyu Dassani, in its upcoming action comedy.

The film titled "Mard ko Dard Nahin Hota" is a directorial venture of Vasan Bala, who wrote and helmed the 2012 crime-thriller "Peddlers".

As for Abhimanyu's leading lady, another newbie, Radhika Madan, has been roped in.

With both actors undergoing rigorous training for a year, the film is going to have some never-seen-before hand combat action sequences.

It also stars Tamil star Vijay Sethupati in a key role.

"Vasan has written a superbly funny and kick ass martial arts film , the likes of which I have neither read nor seen.

It's so local and so new that you can't help but marvel at it.

"And I am glad I get to produce it. We at Phantom, hope it becomes a never before seen franchise with these maddeningly crazy characters," one of the founders of the production house and filmmaker Anurag Kashyap said in a statement.
