Gaga gets subpoena over Kesha-Luke legal battle

Pop star Lady Gaga has got a subpoena to testify in Dr Luke's ongoing defamation lawsuit against Kesha.

Gaga has been served the subpoena by Luke's lawyers as according to them she has "relevant information regarding, among other things, false statements about Dr Luke made to her by Kesha", reported Us weekly.
"In connection with Dr Luke's defamation claims against Kesha, various third parties are being deposed by both sides, including celebrities," the lawyers said.
"This motion has become necessary because Dr Luke's counsel has not been able to obtain, despite repeated request, a deposition date from Lady Gaga." The 'TiK ToK' singer has been locked in a legal battle with Dr Luke since 2014. In her filings, Kesha accused the music producer of being sexually, physically and mentally abusive towards her.
However, Dr Luke denied all the accusations and filed a defamation suit against her. In August 2016, Kesha, 30, dropped a separate sexual assault lawsuit against him.
