Bruno Mars says fans can expect a lot more music from him

Bruno Mars says he is "just getting started" when it comes to making incredible music and fans can expect a lot more from him.

The singer, who was was honored with the Innovator Award at this year's iHeartRadio music awards, thanked his fans for showering so much love on him, reported Entertainment Tonight.

"We used to play in bars not too far from here and now you see [us] at the Super Bowl," Mars said upon accepting the prestigious award.

"I want to thank the fans in the building at the fans at home. I love you guys. I do this all for you guys. You make me wanna be a better songwriter, a better performer and a better entertainer.

"Innovator is a very heavy word, and I'm so honored. It's a little ironic for me, because I genuinely feel like I'm just getting started, so buckle up. I don't know where we're going yet, but we're going, so keep up," Mars said.

Recently, the 31-year-old singer slayed on stage during a performance at the Grammys, where he paid tribute to Prince with an amazing rendition of the legend's 1984 single, 'Let's Go Crazy'.
