“I am excited to be a part of this project... working again with Milan, Ajay and the whole crew and of course, the new entrant Ileana D’Cruz, I haven’t worked with her, sounds good to me,” Emraan said on the sidelines of the launch of the book ‘Dubai an Experience’.
Once Upon a Time in Mumbaai was commercially and critically successful with both Emraan’s and Ajay’s gangster characters being appreciated. Emraan was also one of the lead actors in Milan Luthria’s The Dirty Picture opposite Vidya Balan.
Recently Emraan has replaced Udta Punjab actor Diljit Dosanjh in Baadshaho. The film is reportedly a historical fiction set against the backdrop of Emergency. Apart from Ajay, Ileana and Emraan, the film will also feature Esha Gupta and Vidyut Jammwal in prominent roles.
Emraan’s forthcoming film Raaz Reboot, fourth installment of the Raaz series, will be releasing on September 16. The film is directed by Vikram Bhatt and also stars south actor Kriti Kharbanda and Gaurav Arora in lead roles.
Emraan was last seen in the role of cricketer Mohammed Azharuddin in the biopic Azhar.
